Why we started
We saw the same story repeat across the NDIS: top management hidden in offices, support workers left guessing with no training, and participants losing trust. We founded Virtuous Care in 2024 to fix the missing link — directors who show up.
Every check-in call, every home training session, and every plan adjustment involves a director’s direct input. We stay in touch as often as needed, because your dignity can’t be put on hold. Directors lead the way. No excuses. Just reliable care you can count on.

Renee Perkins - Director
Renee is a qualified nurse and midwife with experience across hospital, community and home-care settings in both Adelaide and Port Lincoln. With a strong passion for supporting people in the community, she also works as a trainer and assessor delivering a range of health-care courses. As a mother of three, she brings warmth, practical skill and dedication to her role, advocating for participants to feel safe, respected and empowered.

Renchia Arnoldi - Director
Renchia holds a Bachelor of Commerce and has over 15 years of experience in business management, finance and administration. She shifted her focus to the health sector with a commitment to improving service quality for people with disabilities. Renchia also completed her Certificate IV in Disability in 2024. Her combined business expertise and sector knowledge make her a strong asset to Virtuous Care.

Marius Arnoldi - Managing Director
Marius founded Virtuous Care after a 15-year career owning and operating a successful manufacturing and distribution company. In 2021, Marius took time to reflect on what truly mattered, having a real impact and helping people. This led him to transition into frontline roles, where his business skills and customer service could be used to support people rather than sell to them. He is driven to lift service standards in the health sector and help clients reach their goals. Outside work he enjoys fishing and time outdoors.

The Virtuous Care brand is grounded in the meaning of the word virtuous—acting with integrity and honour. It reflects the way the team shows up with honesty and strive to consistently prioritise your well-being.
Inspired by the hummingbird, the brand carries a sense of lightness and uplift. Even when life feels heavy, the hummingbird represents the ability stay steady whilst keeping on moving. It symbolises energy, resilience and the freedom to rise above challenges.
